Open your journal to a fresh page and draw a line down the middle. On the left side neatly LIST 25 reasons why the war needs to end. Then on the right side LIST 25 reasons why the war needs to continue. When you are done pick one from each side and elaborate on your thoughts.
Mark the page with a post-it note and continue to work through the other items on your lists when you have a free moment.
