I was waiting for my sister Annie to come back to the car with news of the job. It was raining so heavy it was hard to see ten feet away but I kept my eyes on the heavy oak doorway at Reals and Mast waiting for movement. Annie had been out of work for eight months, six of which she spent on my sofa bed. While I love my sister dearly I was ready to reclaim my space and my privacy.
